Juniper Kitchen/Wine Bar will host Duelling Chefs 2011.
Guests will be treated to a series of enchanting evenings — tantalizing their taste buds,
pleasing their palates, and exciting their souls with innovative, culinary creations from competing chefs from eleven of the top restaurants
in Ottawa. The competition aims to raise $40,000 for local charities.
We wish to thank the organizers at Juniper Kitchen/Wine Bar for donating a portion of the proceeds from the event to The 3C Foundation.
The honouary chair for this year's competition is Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson.
